My Name is Ariana, so why Pearl’s twirl? I came to USA about 20 years from former USSR. When I became an US Citizen I had to choose my middle name. I wanted the name that meant something to me. Pearl was the name of my favorite Grandma, who passed away just few months before we came to United States.
I am an American with a heavy Russian Accent. My two boys always make fun of my English, but it’s all good
.
I love to write, I usually write by myself for myself, but if you would like to stop and leave a comment it would be great! I’d love to share with you my American World with the hint of my Russian Personality.

10x!

Hi,
Stumbled in from a post by Harper Faulkner. My grandparents came from Russia; they went through Ellis Island in the early 1900′s. My father is a first generation American. My sister in law is Russian, but not Jewish, so my nieces are not being raised with any religion. Hope you’ll check out some of my posts on Judaism- my sons became Orthodox a few years ago– lots of challenges.
