pol·i·tics – the art of goverment or governing.

My dear readers,
I am not a political person. In fact I stay far, far way from politics, but 2012 is a huge year for politics – domestic and overseas.

Tonight, while you and I are sleeping, the Russian people will be choosing a new president and I feel it’s my duty to report:

He became acting President on 31 December 1999

He stayed as President until 2008, and then without hesitation he decided to become a Prime Minister of Russia

…… and tomorrow there will be a new President of Russia. In my opinion Russia is much more advanced than America in that they are not afraid of a woman president!

So lets recap:

Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow!

Good Night my Dear Readers!

P.S. I should continue to stay far, far away from politics.

About Ariana

I came to USA about 20 years from former USSR. I am an American Citizen with a heavy Russian Accent. My two boys always make fun of my English. I love to write, I usually do it for me, but if you would like to stop and leave a comment it would be great! I ‘d love to share with you my American World with the hint of my Russian Personality.

You’re wise to stay away from politics. Less stress. Better for the blood pressure. In the U.S. anyway.

It appears the Russian political scene has few surprises in store.

  2. I heard that more and more Russians are speaking out, fighting for what they believe in. Good luck with the election!

Ariana, are you serious? Looks like a wax figure to the Prime Minister to me. You’re so silly. That’s a nice piece of work though. Heavy make-up job. I’d let them do my make-up too.

Ariana, is it me, or is this poor man getting uglier as time wears on? ha! I’m with Totsy–that last one looks like a wax figure. I think it’s great that you’re involved in the political scene. We have to stay abreast of current events, friend! 🙂

  5. I wouldn’t like to see that last one riding bare -chested on a horse.

  6. –he is lovely as a woman…and perhaps, he’d be a much better polititian, too!! :))) xx

  7. Ariana says:

I don’t think he would be – his time has passed to be a good politician – now it’s time for him to go away, but I guess it is too hard to give up the power.
